Refund policy

Refunds/Returns: We have a strict No Refund & No Return Policy. All sales are final. We do not accept returns as we cannot restock any returned items due to health/sanitation codes.

Exchanges: In the unlikely event that you happen to encounter a problem with your lash product(s) please contact us immediately, but no later than 72hrs from receipt of your order, so that we can determine your eligibility for an exchange/replacement. 

Order Cancellations: We do not cancel/refund orders once they are placed or in transit.

Discount codes: Customer discount codes are for one time use only per each code. If we are notified that the same discount code has exceeded one time use, you will receive an invoice with the remaining balance due.
